Tx Specific Massage - is a special active release therapy that focuses on specific muscles and the releasing of that area.
Medical Massage
Medical Massage - is more the (Dr. Recommended) type of therapy.
Deep Relaxation
Where I do not do a lot of relaxation, I can do the deeper side of relaxation. Still great but better!
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
MLD - is the amazing and ultimate detoxing massage I have ever experienced. It does so much for the body (naturally). Helps with autoimmune, arthritis, chronic pain, and so much more. Includes a ionic foot bath.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy - is using essentials oils or blends of your choice throughout the massage. Can be very calming and energizing.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnant women are in as much need as anyone of relaxation due to the fact that carrying extra weight for 8-9 months can be a lot.
i also use a variety of tools, massage gun, cupping, myofascial release, hot stones.
